ReplyDeleteI just finished 'Salem's Lot this week, which scared the you-know-what outta me. I think I need to read "It" soon. And I opened up "Helter Skelter" when I was a teenager and the first page that reads "This book will scare the hell out of you" made me believe it so I promptly closed the book and never read it. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat picks! I've only ever read one Stephen King book (not included Full Dark, No Stars, which is stories) ... I think it was called 'Thinner'? I really have to read more of his stuff! I've heard great things about Helter Skelter being scary ... might have to check it out!
